1、不要过分表现自己，表现最多的那个人一定首先被淘汰。道理很简单：既然考查的是团队合作能力，那么，集体利益显然是最重要的，如果你总是抢着表现自己，那只能说明，你把自身利益放到了集体利益之前，集体观念淡薄，肯定会被第一个淘汰。当然，也有例外，但那绝对是极少数。大家可以仔细回味一下。
2、说话不要太多，但也不能太少，太少了就不会给考官留下深刻印象。要注意掌握小组的发展动向，在最关键的时刻，说出最有分量的话，简言之，要么不说，要说就要选在最该你说的时候说。例如：当小组意见分歧严重，时间所剩不多时，你可以试着提出一个缓解矛盾的折衷方案;或者当大家讨论的问题偏离主题的时候，你可以及时提醒大家;或者当你发现其他人的意见忽略了某些重要方面时，可以及时提出来。具体的请参考后面的成功案例。
3、要多与你旁边的人交流，多交换意见。团队合作离不开交流，多跟他们交流，交换意见，会对你个人有很大启发，也会对小组达到统一意见起到重要作用。当然，这一切考官都看在眼里：)
4、考虑问题和说话时，要把集体利益放到第一位，一切都要服从集体目标。要多说我们小组...，少说我...，要多向你旁边的人或团队核心成员提意见，让他代你说。
5、总结时，要首先肯定、强调其他每个成员在团队的这次任务中的作用，向他们表示感谢，再说自己为团队作出的贡献，并要看到自己的不足。

研究生面试技巧分享：非技术面试
这类面试是最常见的面试形式，几乎每家单位的面试都会有这个环节，形式可能是1对1，或多对1，但都有一个特点，就是：关注你的性格特点，不问技术细节。
对于这类面试，相信几乎每个同学都有过失败的教训，因为经常会被问到一些刁钻的问题，同时一些很常见的问题也并不好答。对于很多同学来说，技术面试往往不是问题，问题常常出在非技术面试和英语面试这个环节。
个人认为，在进行这类面试之前，应该提前作好以下准备：
1、自我介绍(中英文版)
任何单位都必问的第一个问题。看似简单，却是最重要的问题，因为他是面试官了解你的窗口，通过这个窗口而对你产生第一印象。如果你的自我介绍给他留下了深刻的印象，那么你已经成功一半了;而如果你的自我介绍很平庸，让人看不到亮点，那么你基本上已经失败了，因为面试官不可能主动去发现你的亮点。尽管自我介绍每个人都会准备，但是好坏却有质的差别。
然后把自己抽取出来的亮点记录下来，用最有逻辑的方式表达出来，一般可以分几个方面来介绍，如学习方面，项目研究方面，实习方面，社会工作方面。最后，最好加上对自己性格特点的总结，以及自己的职业生涯规划。下面是我实际使用的自我介绍：
大家好，我叫xx，天津大学计算机应用专业硕士，07年3月份毕业，研究方向xx。我想从三个方面介绍自己：
1)学习方面。大三时保送研究生，之后进入实验室开展项目研究。在x年时间里，先后参与了x个项目，其中x个纵向项目，x个横向项目，纵向项目主要是关于xx，横向项目主要是关于xx。本科绩点3.8，研究生绩点3.4。
2)实践方面。曾在软件公司实习xx年时间，曾在xx当过计算机讲师，主讲xx，另外，本科时曾参加过xx比赛，并获得了xx奖。

2、职业生涯规划(中英文)
这个也是每个单位几乎必问的问题，同时也是你在参加每个面试前必须想清楚的问题。面试官通常通过这个问题来考查你对于自己的职业生涯有没有一个合理的规划，以及你的规划是否与公司的目标相符合。所以，这个问题后面总会问到的，如果你在自我介绍部分就说出来，无疑给面试官留下了很好的印象。
要结合公司的具体情况来说，让自己的职业生涯目标跟这家公司刚好吻合。例如：如果是技术职位，就说自己想走技术路线;如果是具体业务岗位，就说想走业务路线;如果是销售，就沿着销售的路上走下去。
这里必须强调一句：在找工作前，必须对自己的职业生涯有一个明确的定位和规划，想清楚，自己的性格究竟适合做什么，自己希望有一个怎样的人生，自己更看重什么，自己想走一条怎样的人生路线。这是作为一个成年人，对自己的人生负责的表现。可能还有很多同学没有认真的想过这个问题，觉得先找到工作再说，先就业后择业，这是不对的，请抱着对自己的人生负责的态度，一定要认真的想清楚这个问题。

在面试前，一定要通过各种途径对应聘单位的背景、历史、发展现状有详细的了解，而且，要了解你所应聘的职位在单位中所处的地位及具体职责。这些都是你在面试中跟考官沟通交流的基础。
4、自己经历过的成功的例子、失败的例子
这是宝洁的面试题，在其它单位的面试中也经常用到，更重要的是，挖掘出这些例子，有助于你在面试中更好的回答考官的问题，即，有时候考官的一些问题，你可以采用实际举例的方式回答他，这样的回答更有说服力，更让人信服。
5、自己的优势/劣势(优点/缺点)
准备这个，不光是为了面试回答用，更重要的是，你要通过这个过程想清楚，自己面试这家单位时，跟别人比，优势在哪?劣势在哪?弄明白了这些，在面试的时候就可以有效的扬长避短，充分发挥自己的优势，回避自己的劣势。
